Communities First, Inc. grand opening of new mixed-income homes rescheduled to May 8

FLINT, MI — Communities First, Inc. (CFI) has rescheduled the ribbon cutting of Orchard Grove & Orchard Manor Apartments, a vibrant new housing community bringing 74 mixed-income units to Genesee County. The celebration will now take place on Friday, May 8, at 2765 Flushing Rd., in Flint.

This exciting ribbon-cutting event marks a significant step forward in expanding access to affordable housing in the Flint community. Local leaders, partners and residents will gather to celebrate the impact of this development and the opportunities it creates for individuals and families.

Guests attending the event will enjoy:
