Belsay Road Bridge Reconstruction Project starts July 7 in Grand Blanc Township

The Genesee County Road Commission will begin reconstruction of the Belsay Road Bridge over the Thread Creek in Grand Blanc Township on Wednesday, July 7. The work zone will be closed to thru traffic. The posted detour route utilizes Perry Road, Irish Road, Bristol Road, Belsay Road and Maple Avenue. The anticipated open to traffic date is October 1. Motorists are advised to proceed with caution and to allow themselves additional time to reach their destinations.
