It’s Festival Time at Berston Field House

The Chosen Few Arts Council (TCFAC) is hosting the Berston Field House 96th Year Community Celebration on Saturday, July 20 from noon until 6 p.m. with a community festival.  The festival will be held at 3300 N. Saginaw in Flint, Michigan.

Berston Field House will again be the site of festival focused activities for the entire family. This year’s headliners will be Gwen Penniman–Hemphill and Mama Sol along with other special presentations.  There will be performances in all genres of art, music, dance. Games and entertainment are free.   There will also be food vendors and other vendors from the community.

TFAC has a proven track record of collaborating with artists, other organizations and schools in the Flint area.

To this end it is virtually important that the TCFAC has classes located at Berston Field House, which has serviced Flint citizens since 1923 and in the 1930’s became the first community center to integrate making it an important symbol of public accomplishment for everyone.

TCFAC seeks to simulate multicultural and multi-generational arts awareness in the city by advancing the creative spirit.
