Wednesday , December 31st from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., the Flint Children’s Museum is hosting the annual Noon Year’s Eve Party.

Community members and visitors are invited to celebrate the new year with family at the Flint Children‘s Museum! Families can make scratch off crowns studded with jewels, play in slime, or make noisemakers to bring to the balloon drop at noon– along with many more activities.

The museum recently added a new airplane launcher to the Mission to Outer Space Exhibit, a hit with kids and adults alike,  as they design and test dozens of different airplanes to launch. Mission to Outer Space closes January 25th. Before the exhibit closes, kids can take a trip across space with a giant space robot, alien soundboard, build an alien wall and much more.

Families watch from the wall of windows as several soda geysers go off in different colors!

December 31st will also be the last day for families to purchase a discounted membership and participate in winter themed activities like a Northern Lights Glow room, Bear the Cold Polar Party and much more coming in the new year!

The very first pilot of the new airplane launcher! Kids (and adults) pick their airplane color and choose from different designs to see which can fly through three rings in the ceiling!
Pre-registration is required for Noon Year’s Eve by calling 810-767-5437 as spots fill up fast! For more information, please visit the Flint Children‘s Museum Website www.flintchildrensmuseum.org or email them at discovery@flintchildrensmuseum.org.
