Onsite Interviews for Multiple Positions Offer Applicants a chance to Join the Movement to Build a Healthier Community
(Flint, Mich.) — Community members are invited a part of the movement to transform our community by applying to work at the North Flint Food Market (NFFM). NFFM has announced an upcoming job fair on Monday, August 18, 2025, from 1 – 7 p.m. The job fair will be held at the market’s future location at 5402 N. Clio Road, Flint, MI 48504. Onsite interviews will be conducted for various positions as NFFM prepares for its grand opening later this year.
“We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in our community,” said Brigitte Jackson, board chair of the North Flint Food Market.
Jackson added: “This job fair is a key opportunity for residents to join our team and contribute to the success of our community-owned grocery store. We are committed to creating local jobs and empowering the people of North Flint.”

- Produce Manager
- Grocery Manager
- Meat & Seafood Manager
- Deli/Bakery Manager
- Pricing Coordinator
- Finance/Admin Support Coordinator
- Marketing & Outreach Coordinator
These roles are part of NFFM’s broader effort to create job opportunities and foster community ownership. The North Flint Food Market is set to be Genesee County’s first member-owned co-op grocery store and will provide healthy, affordable food options while empowering local residents.
