MDOT resumes I-69/I-475 Rebuilding Michigan project

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be resuming its I-69/I-475 Rebuilding Michigan project on Monday, February 14. MDOT will close the ramps at the I-69/I-475 interchange to demolish and replace the existing bridge decks. During the initial phase of work, there may be lane closures along westbound I-69. There is also a short-term full closure of the roadway planned in March. The project is expected to end in November of 2022. The work is part of a $100 million investment to rebuild more than two miles of I-69 and improve the I-69/I-475 interchange. You can view a map of the project here. Please contact the Michigan Department of Transportation Bay Region at (989) 754-7443 if you have questions.
