Invitation for Bid: IFB – 2024-05 Installation of Bus Shelters and Concrete Pads

The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting bids from qualified companies to provide Installation of Bus Shelters and Concrete Bus Shelter Pads. MTA’s Main Campus is located in Genesee County. Bids shall be submitted on or before 4:00 p.m. local time, Monday, June 3rd, 2024, at the MTA’s offices at 1401 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, Michigan or electronically at Bidnet Direct www.bidnetdirect.com. Specifications for this IFB can be obtained at https://www.mtaflint.org/purchasing/ or www.bidnetdirect.com on or after May 3rd, 2024.

THERE WILL BE NO PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING FOR THIS PROJECT.

MTA reserves the right to waive any informality in the request for proposals; to reject any or all proposals; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the Mass Transit Authority. The Mass Transit Authority reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.

No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission. No proposal will be accepted after 4:00pm on June 3rd, 2024.
