At approximately 9:56 p.m., on Sunday, July 4, a PI accident occurred at the intersection of Hamilton and North, involving a vehicle and a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle, Oran Shantel Green, a 45-year-old Black male, was listed in critical condition-while the vehicle occupants were in good condition. Alcohol, nor drugs nor speed appear to be a factor in this case. However, the investigation is ongoing.
