The United Way of Genesee County partners with Skaff Furniture Carpet One to help support Voices for Children

As Genesee County raises awareness about child abuse prevention in our community, the United Way of Genesee County has partnered with Skaff Furniture Carpet One to support Voices for Children. Gift-in-kind donations are being accepted through the end of April at Skaff- 5301 Hill 23 Dr, Flint, MI 48507. These donations include toiletries, paper towels, hand sanitizers and new blankets to assist Voices for Children with their current most needed items.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and it’s great to see community partners come together
to local prevention services and spread awareness.

“Skaff is glad to help bring awareness to National child abuse prevention month,” said CEO/President of Skaff Furniture Carpet One Dick Skaff.

“Please stop in to make a donation!” Skaff added. “We’ll be matching donations for the entire month.”

The United Way of Genesee County also expressed appreciation for Skaff’s partnership with supporting Voices for Children during Child Abuse Prevention Month.

These contributions help other nonprofit organizations thrive by expanding their
resources, saving them money by reducing overhead costs and helping to increase their
efficiency.
