Geri Allen is an exciting musician with the record, and records to prove it. Honoring Allen for her recognition of Tap as a natural jazz accompaniment, Tapology honors this world class musician as a Living Legacy award winner.

The Tapology Concert is an annual tradition of the Tapology Dance Festival, which offers tap workshops taught by world renowned concert artists and is hosted by FIM and Flint's Cultural Center. A local production, Tapology is proud to host the greatest percussive dance performers and jazz musicians in the world.

Tapology celebrates a decade of increasingly exciting family concerts, embracing the legacy of great dancers, past and present; and the smooth sound of Jazz that defines the legacy. The Concert is Tapology's largest fundraising effort.
