McLaren Flint to Host Annual “Community Resource Day”

McLaren Flint’s Case Management team is hosting its annual “Community Resource Day” on
Thursday, October 11. In these tough economic times, Case Managers and Social Workers are an
even more vital link between patients and the community resources they need for a range of
health care needs. In an effort to bring these resources together in one place, McLaren’s Case
Management Department is holding its annual Community Resource Day, details follow.

Representatives from various health related resources will be hand from
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
McLaren’s employees, patients, visitors and the general public are invited to attend and take
advantage of available resources.

Care Planning, Disability Network, Valley Area Agency on Aging, Genesee County Commission
on Aging, Genesee Health System, Wellbridge of Fenton, Alternative Elder Care, McLaren
